Background
Elaine Allison speaks to the very core of conflict, and she changes people's minds about it forever. Her experience as one of Canada's first female prison guards in an all male institution required her to tackle conflict effectively.

Her life depended on it.

Whether managing a flight with no one to call at 35,000 ft. or in a classroom with troubled youth, Elaine has seen her share of conflict. She learned to handle situations with grace and eloquence. Now, she shares these skills and experience on an international basis.

Elaine delivers a powerful message with each of her programs. Her presentations put a new spin on conflict and provide opportunities to flourish, even in the face of discomfort.

Elaine is the proud daughter of a Mother who lived with diabetes for 65 years; she would have turned 78 years old in 2004. Elaine in her memory donates a percentage of her speaking engagements to the
Juvenile Diabetic Research Foundation.
